IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION

The Independence Events Center has developed the following parking polices to enhance your experience while attending events at the complex.

We ask all attendees to follow the directions of our Traffic staff when entering the complex.

• One vehicle per parking space.

• Parking spaces are for vehicles only.

• Vehicles pulling a trailer of any kind are prohibited.

• Saving spaces is not permitted for any event.

• Roadways, access roads, aisles, bridges and sidewalks must be kept clear at all times. 

• Vehicles blocking any restricted area shall be subject to tow at owner’s expense.

• If your vehicle is too large to fit in a parking space, you are required to park in the satellite parking lot located along Valley View Parkway and South of Adair Creek.

• Motor home vehicles (RV's) may use the parking area for parking purposes only.

• Overnight parking on property is prohibited unless written permission is granted by Management.

• Please note that there are NO utility hookups on the property.

• All vehicles must be vacated from the lot three hours after the end of the event.     

• Parking lot staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where all event attendees can enjoy their visit.

Guests utilizing the parking lot are required to refrain from the following

• Behavior that is disruptive, aggressive or illegal in nature.

• Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance abuse or impairment.

• Foul language or obscene gestures.

• Selling items or tickets in the Events Center or its parking lots.
